Besynderlig. Jeg håper ikke dette er blitt en utbredt praksis: Arbeidstilsynet uttarbeidet høringsnotat med bla forslag til endringer i arbeidsmiljøloven. Høringssvarene ligger ikke ute, man henvises til e-innsyn for å få svarene!?

Isn’t it quite irrelevant who’s dog (or cat or child) someone accidentally ran over and killed? As far as anything in this story makes it newsworthy at all, it would be the driver’s public role. The dog is the victim - as well as its owners, regardless of who they are.
