That’s the funny thing lately, it’s not that open-source software has gotten massively better. It’s that the big premium software is rapidly getting worse, making open-source much more attractive..
Hot take: People who complain about Linux have probably never tried to fix audio settings in Windows.
Guh, all the GPU weirdness this morning also somehow broke my Windows sound settings and it took me too long to get my turntable playing back through my speakers. Computers are good.

i spoke to the folks behind the project to bring concord back to life about why they're doing it
