The absurdity of this letter is quite well.... read the letter.
Demanding "viewpoint diversity" in peer-reviewed medical science journals is literally just DEI for wrong people. Bad experiements and incorrect analyses shouldn't face discrimination, right?
1. This is so poorly written that the sentence that is -- I think -- supposed to convey a semi-veiled legal threat is incomprehensible.

Ze doesn't mention it, but you can also stop using pesticides, leave the leaves, avoid mowing your lawn too short, and convert lawn to areas with native plants to help protect fireflies.
