Never gonna tell you anything off the record 🤣
I asked the one high ranking policeman I saw on 5th Ave why there were so few police. He said “We did not expect anything like this. Don’t tell anyone but I’ve only got 44 officers out here — and it’s a great crowd, great event, no incidents.”
I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff

Today’s #HandsOff rally in Conway #NewHampshire may have been the largest in the history of that town of 10,000 people — Approximately 800 peacefully protesting MuskTrump overreach, demanding protections for Medicaid, Social Security, Veterans, & civil liberties, among many core issues.
Just in case! Here’s the Conway #HandsOff rally — one of 16 in the state of NH today! Time to take a collective stand!

People are losing their jobs and savings, prices are rising higher, and the entire economy is on the brink of disaster—but Donald Trump couldn’t care less.

His billionaire political donors will be just fine.

History buffs will know that every authoritarian leader eventually converges on some version of: "I *am* the state. I can not break the law, I am the law, the law is instantiated in me."

Our march to authoritarianism so far has been excruciatingly by-the-book. Hitting every beat. No surprises.
