Democrats: Oh wow, universal basic income and healthcare both have supermajority support, even among independents. Should we do them? Nah. Let's appeal to conservatives in a way that doesn't win them over but also loses our own voters by pushing for minor tweaks that won't scare the Never Trumpers.

2. Sound logic: “Even if the entire left coalesced around any one candidate, an ideological coalition is still insufficient for us to win,” the congresswoman said. “We have to have a true working-class coalition.”

Don’t worry, I’m sure the president who only recently discovered the word “groceries” knows what he’s doing with the economy.

Trump blinks on tariffs, proving what we already knew: He's a chicken.

"Don’t you dare say President Trump panicked. That would be too kind, frankly. Because it would assume he had a clue about what he was doing in the first place."

If there's one thing that's clear about President Donald Trump's consistent tariff policy, it's that he's definitely not a chicken who panicked.

“It’s a sad spectacle to see a law firm …rendering itself into an instrument for lawlessness. It’s also a cautionary example of how lawyers should not conduct themselves as the Trump regime proceeds with its effort to replace the nation’s justice system with one governed by cronyism and corruption.”
While the Trump Regime is targeting lawyers for conducting themselves ethically, other lawyers are seeking to profiteer by aiding in Trump's assault on the rule of law, as I discussed here.
