Durlston Country Park parkrun during Storm Bert was a choice this morning! Wind blew me around!

With Crawley Town now owned by Raphael Khalili - through KB Sports and Leisure, the company he used to co-own with his twin brother - now might be a good time for them to clarify which of them ran a Twitter account posting far-right and racist material.

Not sure whether the ownership structure is this same but this could be very concerning for Crawley Town Fans

Football is a simple game; 22 women chase a ball for 90 minutes and at the end, the Lionesses win.

First time at Wycombe Rye parkrun for me today.

Fun course! Steps were a challenge but had a nice flow! 24:53 is quicker than my average this year!

Shoutout to the army of volunteers, their number matched by their enthusiasm!

Brands Hatch 10k last night. Hills were brutal, sun was unforgiving... Loved it!

Great event hosted by a wonderful group of volunteers. Had triple the entries compared to last year!

Had fun starting at the back and moving forward. Such an iconic venue!

Dog walk than #parkrun this morning too 🥇

Bedgebury parkrun this morning. The forests Centenary so for one week only we went back to the route from Bedgebury parkrun #1.

Such a fun course! The first half is hilly but it goes to scenic parts of the Pinetum the usual course doesn't visit. Lots of spectators by the cafe finale!

The Telegraph were "deceived" by someone who claimed to be called Al, married to Ali, have three children called Ali, Barry and Harry, wasn't old enough for his claimed years of work and life experience and who apparently had a gardener who came 24 times a year for a total annual cost of £230.

Played my first year of #FantasyWSL #WSL this year and was a fun experience. Was fairly successful overall just missing out on the top 100.

In my opinion the game had one of the most revolutionary additions to Fantasy Football since chips were added in #FPL

In summary:

Repetitive songs
No character growth
No emotions
Told, not shown
Mono perspective
Lack of conversations
Good is good and bad is bad
Lack of human touch
No satisfying conclusion
Big win for Irama critics
Halfway through and need to stop. There is only so much butchering of classic Musical formulas that our ears can take!

Was learning most Disney films go from a World Building song into the protagonists I Want song. Ian Rush doesn't seem to do this until multiple blistering exposition dumps.

Wrote something about Ian Rush: The Musical.

This is the content we need: an analysis of how Ian Rush: The Musical conforms to the conventions of the medium.

These clubs now in "limbo" are in that situation because they chose to ignore the mountain of evidence that the Asian-facing bookies they were promoting were, by definition, providing illegal gambling services. The clubs are not victims, but co-conspirators.

A lot of grim takeaways from the Council elections but I got slightly hyped at a particular result because I persuaded a family member to take an interest in their area and vote accordingly.

They voted Green in Maidstone Central. Their vote literally made the difference to get a councillor elected.
