I just don't understand this. They lent money to a company that couldn't pay it back. They are therefore welcome to take over its business and obligations. If its debts mean it is not a going concern, then the creditors need to take a haircut.

The whole "show Adolescence to kids" thing is really weird. The biggest problem in that show was parents and teachers not having a clue. It should be compulsory viewing for school governors, not kids. "Is this happening in your school? How do you know?"
