Cook County Judge Shannon O'Malley LOSES retention. Judge O'Malley previously made the news when he changed his name to be Irish after he lost a judge election with his birth name "Phillip Spiwak." Becoming Irish isn't so lucky the second time for O'Malley. He needed 60%.
