Can’t quote post the post I just saw talking about food service workers going to work sick but yeah. I don’t even wanna talk about how many of my coworkers have come in sick or how many times I’ve been advised to go in sick

Yes, this is uncomfortable. But it's the most practical way to achieve improvements.
