This was a problem the last Labour government had with the NHS. They invested a lot and people who were polled really appreciated their local hospital. But because of media stories they believed that the NHS nationally was in a terrible state.

Interesting 🤔.

God the UK public are miserable!

Can't help but feel that they've been told how to think here and that they've taken it to heart. Would be great to have some breakdown of this.

How good a year do Britons say 2025 was for...

Themselves personally
Good: 36%
Average: 35%
Bad: 27%

The UK

A majority (71%) found 2025 was good or average for them. Only 27% found it was bad
But 66% thought 2025 was bad for the UK
That disparity between what people are actually experiencing and how they think the UK is doing, suggests the latter is more to do with perception than reality

Another masterstroke from the Starmer govt I see. Take all the blame for enacting a policy and then months later when it’s priced in, u-turn on it.

Who do they think will give them credit for this? Is there a single demographic less likely to vote Labour than farmers?

Or ... You can use bifacial panels ON FARM LAND like they do in other places and get the benefits of solar, cooling for the crops which then reduces water needed.

If you didn't know what bifacial panels are. Here's a video. One of many videos available online.
