After the local elections this is the current state of play of Councillors in the UK. Don't be fooled by our Farage supporting right wing media. Reform are 1 in the pie chart.

I've recently come across the phrase "smart phones are experience blockers".

This means we get a hit from a smart phone and that's enough. It takes our motivation so we don't to venture out or try new things. The less we venture out, the less we want to.

Put it down, go outside!

The UK debt is massive. Interest rates are still at 4.5%. That's what the government is being charged on their loans.
Its set by the Bank of England.
There's going to be more austerity to bring the debt down.

Is it just me or is another better option staring us in the face?

Some people in my life currently have or have succumbed to cancer. If only we had this shift in paradigm, so many people would be healthier and happier.
I be ketoing too.
Not me. I be ketoing.

I subscribe to the idea of cancer as a metabolic disease championed by Prof Thomas Seyfried. Highly processed carbs serve as cancer cell fuel via fermentation. Limiting empty carb intake reduces available fuel for cancer growth esp for non-blood cancers.

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

Broadcasters who repeated this obvious bollocks are not required to make any correction or apologise to their listeners/viewers. And I saw at least two columnists making hay with it. They too will retract nothing.

Imagine between them the reach & power of these papers.
