Rulli is a butt kissing POS. I thought Gym Jordan was the biggest embarrassment to Ohio until they elected him. To think my state elected Rulli, over Mike Kripchak, an Air Force Academy grad with a Masters degree from NYU and years of public service is mind boggling.
