AOC slammed Mike Johnson, saying: “You run the government. If you have the votes, then go ahead. If you need Democrats, then you need to negotiate with Democrats. Those are your two options. Blaming someone else because your shoes are untied isn’t one.”

Elon Musk claims DOGE has saved $55 billion, but the numbers don’t add up. DOGE released a list of canceled contracts totaling $16 billion in supposed savings. However, nearly half of that came from an $8 billion ICE contract—except that contract was actually worth just $8 million.

This is your reminder that Leon ran out the Head of the FAA because he had the nerve to fine SpaceX.

At least 400 employees have been laid off and already short staffed FAA since the DC crash killing 67 people.

I feel like I'm going insane every time I see a media story about DOGE that doesn't also mention the fact that the Government Accountability Office exists and performs the exact function that DOGE pretends to, only in a credibly constitutional, non-partisan, and conflict-of-interest-free manner

I heard RFK Jr. is floating the banning of the polio vaccine so seems like a good time to remind folks that RFK Jr. was vaccinated with this same vaccine & therefore is at no risk of harm himself

Kinda like when he publicly was against the covid vaccine yet privately required his guests to have it🙃

Kroger and Albertsons claimed they wanted to merge into one grocery giant in order to keep prices low.

But after the merger was blocked, they approved spending a combined $10 billion on stock buybacks.

They each paid their CEOs over $15 million in 2023, by the way.

There are roughly 330M people in this country, and I realized this morning that for less than the cost of a cheap cup of coffee a day, a S.
