for the one millionth time, the dept of education just monitors access to education. civil rights, title ix, disabilities, making sure everybody gets a fair opportunity.

Last month, mechanics working at a U-Haul facility in Spokane had no idea the building they were working in had tiles with potentially toxic vinyl flooring. Tiles peeled and popped up in the course of their work, exposing them to deadly #asbestos.

Making things happen for workers: WA law lets workers carry 40 hrs of unused paid sick leave from year to year...but O’Reilly deleted unused sick leave for 2,300 workers in 2022.
