Quando seu prédio vira Airbnb e você vira o único morador Ano passado, depois de muito esforço, finalmente consegui comprar um apartamento e sair do aluguel absurdo de Floripa. Mas existe algo no meu prédio que, pra mim, é o retrato perfeito da ilha hoje. Imagina: é um prédio pequeno, só 12 apartamentos, e eu sou literalmente o único proprietário que mora aqui. Todos os outros foram comprados por sócios-investidores e estão para alugar: mensal, anual, mas principalmente Airbnb. Tem gente com 4 apartamentos, outro com 3… tudo no mesmo prédio. E, sério, isso dá uma dor de cabeça enorme quando você é o único morador de fato, porque: Em qualquer (rara) reunião de condomínio, eu vou ser sempre voto vencido, já que só dois sócios juntos têm 7 dos 12 apartamentos. Como ninguém mora aqui e todos compraram apenas para investir, não existe nenhuma intenção real de melhorar o prédio. Pintura nova? Pra quê? Trocar o portão que quebra sempre? Só se for a opção mais barata possível. Tudo precisa ser resolvido no modo “gambiarra”, porque ninguém quer gastar um centavo além do necessário. O objetivo é apenas espremer o imóvel até que o investimento se pague e dê lucro. Recentemente, com as chuvas fortes, o sistema de fossa não deu conta e o esgoto transbordou. Fizemos uma reunião urgente. Resultado: obra de verdade? Melhorar a fossa? Nada disso. Teve quem sugerisse plantar bananeira em cima da fossa pra ajudar na drenagem… Enfim. Isso aqui é mais um desabafo mesmo. Não sei se alguém aqui já passou por algo parecido, mas olha… é complicado ser o único que realmente vive no lugar.
