Texas hasn't received FEMA aid yet. The callous disregard from officials is shocking. I hope Texans remember this in 2026. Ultimately, it seems the priority is enriching the wealthy using funds collected from struggling individuals.

People are losing their jobs. Prices keep climbing. Measles continues to spread. Bird flu is raging. Veterans are getting fired. The stock market is a roller coaster. Our alliances are being shattered. Ukrainian civilians are getting bombed by Russia.

Donald Trump is golfing.

It seems like Trump and Elon’s administration is out to get Veterans ( and cancer patients, anyone who is food insecure… anyone who relays on Medicaid… and if you’re over 65 … they’re coming for social security )

It is profoundly sad to watch doctors plead with idiots to take vaccines so as to prevent the reemergence of diseases all but eradicated decades ago.

I’ve been an attorney representing unions in OSHA cases frm eye washes that didn’t work leading to blindness frm chemical injury to death by impalement with a bolt-press. OSHA’s regs & enforcement r essential. Workplaces will be deathtraps if they roll regs back!

Please read this; Heather Cox Richardson’s name is being used by a group she has no affiliation with.
Folks: I am NOT affiliated with the group that is using my name to support an economic boycott. Please spread this post, if you would.

Does this Administration want to trigger another Great Depression?
The last time America increased tariffs like this, it was 1930 — and it triggered the Great Depression.

They win when you:

- lose hope
- give up
- become cynical and withdraw
- keep silent to stay off their radar

Don't let them win.

Focus on the community coming together to help.
Yeah, it's depressing to hear stories about looters, arsonists, and those politicizing the fires.

There are also stories about people donating to recovery efforts, opening their homes to strangers, businesses & communities banding together.

Don't let the evildoers dampen your faith in humanity.

Instead of "I apologize for the delay," write "thank you for your patience." In lieu of "sorry for the oversight," write
"if you're so perfect, why don't you fu*king do it, Marsha."

A single 400-year-old ancient oak produces 234,000 litres of oxygen a year while soaking up carbon dioxide, and can support more than 2,000 species of bird, insect, fungus, and lichen. Nature is amazing - we need more of it, not less. Please repost if you agree 🌳
