A reminder that we don't know the value of the assets held by the leader of the official opposition either and we don't ask politicians to disclose what they used to own before having to make a disclosure.

This is all so stupid.

One of my biggest bugaboos is when reporters use the term "squabbling" when describing jurisdictional disputes. If one level of government is trying to shift blame, it's probably best to dig in and find out why, but they never do, and provinces yet again get let off the hook. #PnPCBC

Sitting MP calls a Premier a quisling.

Worse: he's correct.

Safe to say things aren't going well.
Looks like Danielle Smith has a flag for her Vichy administration. She gives Trump's stars and stripes top billing. She has blanked out our Maple Leaf with a battle cry for oil giants.
Did Kevin O'Leary help design the logo?
Canada needs to stand up to the quislings.

And when those billionaires justify their business motives by citing “freedom,” what they actually seek is freedom from accountability.

Trump and Musk’s belligerence increasingly suggests an effort to take the MAGA movement global and export its far-right ideology beyond America’s borders

My op-ed in today's @thestar.com takes a look at this new and dangerous brand of MAGA imperialism:
Canada and Greenland are just the start. If you listen to what Trump, Musk and their friends are really saying, it gets much scarier
As the MAGA right turn their eyes outside their own border, a worrying idea starts to take shape.
