Suffice it to say, this proposal would be the opposite of what is needed for US transportation policy.

Federal transportation spending has been ineffective, inefficient, and bad for the environment. The Trump proposal would worsen those problems.

Impossible to understand whether you are talking about the streets or the Greenway. Two different things. Two different governance structures. I’m sure neither or both could be better designed for cycling.

Again, there is a history that needs to be understood. It’s easy to lol without knowing why and how decisions were made. This decision - who owns and co trails the Greenway - was imho correctly made.

The City does not own or control the RFK Greenway

In comparison with what was there before, it’s a greenway in every possible and reasonable definition of the word.
