Labour want 1.5 mil new houses - they promised grey belt land. would be used. Look at video & tell me these green & pleasant fields are grey belt. The infrastructure can't handle new houses - our lanes are narrow & difficult to drive on. This is happening all over UK

This speaks to a particular mindset, which believes empathy and caring to be weaknesses. The belief is that if you are empathetic and if you care about others, then you are a doormat who won't argue, who won't display anger, who won't fight back. It's a fundamental misunderstanding of empathy.
