Exactly. In the past they have covertly supported candidates but got into trouble for it from the government. Now they are being overt. I wonder what would happen if someone asked them “ so you are voting for Dutton?” Would they lie or tell the truth.

There are several branches of brethren - the website you've found isn't the PBCC & I'm trying to find out who they are Thank you for posting about it! I had not seen it before The brethren history is peppered with schisms Below is a family tree - not legible here unfortunately but it gives the idea

The website is not the same group of brethren. It is very complex! The Plymouth Brethren Christian Church is the most exclusive and strict and probably the most harmful.
