I also have no nostalgia for the road to fascism, which is a trap I think a lot of liberal and progressive folks are falling into—romanticizing the conditions that preceded this moment of acceleration. The path that led to this mess is not the way out.

someone call and ask if healthcare providers and/or the state are violating 775 ILCS 5 & probably various parts of 225 ILCS 85, 735 ILCS 35, etc. ask them when they added anti-trans deference into 215 ILCS 5/356z.60 mirroring their despicable anti-abortion deference. because if they did i missed it.
