Appalled, shocked and sad was so last week. I’m not looking away and I won’t stand by. I’m a U.S. citizen by birth and active resister by choice. I’m done with the hand wringing. It’s time for Congress to get to work.

#HoldtheLine #Resist
With all due respect, Mr. Crow, we need to save our Republic before we can reform it. After Congress takes action to restore the balance of power, as it is authorized by the US Constitution to do, we can talk about where it’s a rescue operation, or recovery, that’s needed.

bsky.app/profile/crow...
There needs to be government reform.

Democrats support getting rid of waste, fraud, & abuse. But that doesn't mean taking a sledgehammer to the entire federal government.

Instead of defending institutions, let’s focus on delivering better services to people.

Recognizing two years of war in Sudan, my @houseforeign.bsky.social colleagues and I are calling on the Trump admin to restore all US foreign assistance.

The people of Sudan have been suffering for far too long and the United States must work to save lives and end this brutal conflict.

Agreed. @bennet.senate.gov, What are you going to do about it, Sen. Bennet?
Congress is granted clear authority by the US Constitution to take action that restores the balance of power and saves our Republic. If this isn’t enough to warrant action, what is? bsky.app/profile/benn...
The Trump administration’s deportation of Maryland father Kilmar Abrego Garcia was an admitted mistake that flies in the face of our country’s laws.

Here ya go, US citizens are now being detained trying to get back into the country. We tried to warn everyone that this would start happening.
Details of this encounter are horrifying.

"I literally drove my car to Canada for the weekend, and on the way back, I was treated like a criminal," said Atallah, who has been a U.S. citizen for 10 years.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been sitting in a Salvadoran prison for over a month because the Trump Admin made a mistake.

Now, the Admin is defying SCOTUS & refusing to bring him back.

If we allow Trump to violate Kilmar's rights, none of our rights are safe.

Kilmar is all of us.
BREAKING

The President of El Salvador says he will not be releasing Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

“How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?”

The Supreme Court recently ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return.

(Abrego-Garcia was never convicted of terrorism)

Trump illegally deported a legal U.S. resident to Bukele’s torture prison—no charges, no trial, just vanished. Supreme Court said bring him back. Trump said no. Now he’s threatening to deport Americans next. This is illegal. Authoritarian.

And we won’t stand for it.
