honestly i wish every american worker - every single one of us with a job - that doesn’t LITERALLY keep other human beings alive (medical, emergency responders) would just refuse to work until this shit is fair. we outnumber them so astronomically.

i think of the gen z stare like this: gen z is a generation that (i think) predominantly communicates via chats/texts/emails/ comments etc. they are literally used to having as much time as they want to think and decide what they want to say… and when they have to interact in real time - they cant.
