All gardens are built atop the piled dead.
The secret is not being afraid of plants dying. It’s how you learn what’s bad, how things can be saved, and what plants can come back from. Once you have that knowledge you can keep almost any plant going.
When I'm working in the community garden, neighbors will come up & be like "Tell me what to do, I don't know ANYTHING about plants" Like you need to be some kind of genius to grow a plant in a pot. I want to make people feel like they can just do it. The stakes are low! Worst case, ya kill a plant.
