Okay, I have my writing uniform on (hoodie, comfy pant, and slippers) and a half written book that I set aside for a couple of weeks. I can no longer wait for a good news day to dive back in. Let's do this!

A week in Scotland reminded me of what I want to see in this country right now. No matter where we went, from the Capitol to the highlands, I felt safe. Not just because of the lack of guns (though that certainly didn’t hurt) but it was mostly just the people and community. (1/5)

I wonder how many calories you burn doing the crazy mental gymnastics to say you are pro-life while also militantly supporting people who are actively causing so much death and destruction. Seems exhausting.
