I say this as someone who is not a huge fan of paper straws: could he be any more of an insufferable, bombastic, fragile tyrant?

I won't try to advise any feds on what to do re: the buyout, but I'd refer them here to read about a similar scenario that was engineered by the same guy, which thousands alleged wasn't honored, and then the suit was thrown out not b/c this man is a miscreant (he is) but b/c she lacked jurisdiction.
