Wild times: There’s a fake AI generated accident report for Air India 171 claiming an aircraft fault brought down the flight. Multiple factual inaccuracies give it away, but could look very convincing to the untrained eye.

What sort of checks do you require of the customer in advance of you getting there, to ensure airworthiness, before you take it around the world? What’s the worst inflight, “Well I wish we had know about <that> in advance,” incident you’ve had?

Great news today from Boeing about the end of the 787 Shadow Factory. Boeing was using the old 747 line space on the west side of the Everett plant since winter 2023 to inspect/finish 787’s.
Now, the ultimate question. What will Boeing use the old 747 space for? Boeing Everett Factory Map 2016

Remember folks, if you've chosen in your reporting to identify the unconfirmed gender of the pilot flying at the time of an accident you have to do it for every incident and accident going forward. That's the rules. That's equality.
