Europe and Ukraine need to work up the courage to say NO to USA and Russia and prepare to go it alone. Once it's done we'll find out it was the reasonable thing to do all along.

This further bolsters my recent assumption that in light of the unfolding events around the Epstein case Russians have the urge to move quickly and press Trump before his grip of the Republican Party fades away. Russians most certainly must think that Trump will soon be of not much use to them.

Met with two regional health service delegates @pirha.bsky.social and told them about @keirgiles.bsky.social analysis on the need of excess health care capacity (premises, supplies etc.) as a means of preparedness for war time situations. They took it well. However finances are a major osbtacle.
