The facts are complicated, but here’s a summary of what appears to have happened based on the filings and today’s hearing:
NEWS: During a hearing in federal court in VA, prosecutors confirmed that the operative indictment in the case against James Comey was never shown to or voted on by the entire grand jury before it was presented in open court.

Defense counsel argued that’s a complete bar to further prosecution

This story is incredible. This administration is a total clown show.

"The best people."

Indeed.
EXCLUSIVE: One Saturday afternoon in October, my phone lit up with a notification.

I glanced down at the message.

“Anna, Lindsey Halligan here,” it began.

So began my text exchange with the woman who is prosecuting the president's perceived political enemies.

Until the police produce a suspect and an iron-clad case and motive, I'm choosing to believe Trump had Charlie Kirk killed to distract from the Epstein issue.

That was too accurate a shot for some lone wolf left-winger. And to have gotten away as well? It's almost like they had help.

1/16 @harvard.edu's Dr. Loeb, with yet another misleading paper.

I'm no astrophysicist or rocket scientist. I just played a lot of Kerbal Space Program. This paper doesn't pass the sniff test, even with no formal training or relevant skills.

That small dot moving left to right is 3I/ATLAS.

It's a comet that was discovered on 1 July 2025.

It's travelling at 58 km PER SECOND and isn't gravitationally bound to the Sun.

Which means you're looking at a comet that formed around another star, passing through the Solar System.

It’s wild how many people think Medicaid cuts won’t affect them because their state calls it something like “Healthy Louisiana”. I don’t even care about right or left right now, this level of civic illiteracy is why it’s so easy to pass bills that hurt everyone.

If you put unrelated background music in a video, there is no faster way to get me to leave your video.

It's the new comic sans. There is no excuse for it, ever.

An incredibly well-written opinion. One that addresses the elephant in the room. At the same time commenting eloquently on the basic differences in motivation between the executive and judicial branches.

I saw this meme about taking off a turtleneck.. I don't own a turtleneck but I own chain mail. I feel every moment of this Medieval guy's pain.

Trying to take off a long shirt that weighs 32 pounds is a serious challenge. Going upside down and letting gravity do the work is the correct play.
Same, medieval dudes. Same.

I believe this to be another level of the "Find Out" phase. Tighten your belts, everybody.

Republicans in Congress could stop this. But they won't. They'd have to grow a spine, and Trump has already eliminated the medical research that could enable that technology.

Trump is calling them “reciprocal” tariffs, but the code has been cracked — the “tariffs charged to 🇺🇸” column is not tariffs on us at all… it’s 🇺🇸 trade deficit divided by 🇺🇸 imports from that country x100

PSA TO THE MEDIA: Stop calling them “reciprocal tariffs”

Now, the president has decided that we, as Americans are legally required to purchase Teslas. This is the dumbest timeline.
The president calls boycotting Tesla in protest for Elon’s attacks on veterans and programs that help the most vulnerable Americans “illegal”

(This is how you know it’s effective)

The administration has drawn the line on deportations so far to the right, that Ann Coulter and I are on the same side of it.

I don't even know what to say. I didn't have this on my bingo card, that's for sure.
They’ve lost Ann Coulter on this
