Judge: That's what I'll do. Prohibit federalization or deployment of any NG troops into Oregon. For all reasons in prior opinion. Deployment of federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, violating Title 10, section 12406. I also find it's likely that defendants violate 10th Amendment.

Is the congressional GOP held together by mutual threats of licentious blackmail? I don't really know but very real chance we get to find out within the next couple of years

MAYBE BIGGS IS *IN* THE FILES. We should start asking Republicans in congress if there's a chance *they* are in the files, and if that's why they won't sign.
