3/🧵 This generational trend is consistent across every demographic subgroup you can imagine. Non-college Gen Z men? Lower racial resentment than college-educated elder Millennials. The pattern holds across gender, geography, and religion. Young men and women are moving in tandem.

8/🧵 And there's motivated reasoning everywhere. Conservatives want to believe they're winning the youth. Centrist Dems think the party needs to move right. Some progressives fear we're doomed. Consultants want to enter new expensive ad markets. Everyone finds anecdotes confirming their assumptions.

"Also, only men get the best mentors like me who can help them get into top journals. Clearly that's because men have higher IQ than women."

Women’s status is eroding rapidly and dramatically—in employment, in culture, and in the law. But that is not considered important news; what’s considered important news is men’s aggrieved feelings about how we’re not being forced back into the kitchen fast enough.

I'll end by saying this: America hates women, but really hates Black women.This is #TheDoubleTax.

I know America hates women because LGBQT+ and disabled women are afterthoughts or not thought of at all.

lol America tells women, especially if they're Black, that our value boils down to how we look, who we marry, and how many kids we have.

And then punishes us for all three when it doesn't go flawlessly or we opt of any of those things.

lol nothing in this society has women in mind.
