Don't do this, please. Don't suggest that if you haven't personally seen something happening to a marginalized group, then maybe it's not happening, even when people in the group are saying it is

r/CasualConversation 5 hr. ago TheRealSide91 Funniest thing a hearing person has said when they assumed I’m deaf Life Stories So I have a group of friends who are all Deaf. With the exception of me (I’m hearing) When we’re together we communicate almost solely in BSL (British sign language) Because of this when we’re out other hearing people tend to assume I’m also deaf and will say things about us, completely within ear shot. My friends got me to start a list of all the things I’ve heard people say. Still to this day, by far the best thing anyone has said. Little kids walks past us with his dad, looks at us, turns to the dad and said “daddy why are they moving their hands so much”. The dad glances at us, glances at the kid and just says “Because they’re Italian”. I could not contain myself. I burst out laughing, it took me a good 5 minutes to get a grip of myself before I could tells my friends what I’d heard.

She came to the pick-up counter and saw a plate with a bowl of cucumber slices and a ranch on the side for another customer. A review on a recipe for "No Corn Syrup Hard Candy" on food.com. the review, from user LAURENPAG9, gives the recipe 3 out of 5 stars and says, "set my kitchen on fire but once the fore on the candy was put out it looked very crispy so I might try again"

Love how in the artucle comments some are still blaming Lively for the smear campaign waged against her, like this dude who also throws in a stray criticism for women who dare to be ambitious.
Commenter "Mike" saying, "Hollywood gossip. It's as old as Hollywood. Everyone involved seems petty and childish. Producer/Director dudes are always gross and inappropriate. How is this wildly antisemitic user allowed on this site? For the record, they have, for several days now, been accusing a Jewish bluesky user of complicity in genocide based solely on the fact that she's Jewish
