This is exactly why Trump is having a meltdown on Truth Social right now over his hand picked SC justices (rightfully) questioning the legality of his tariffs.

I have private insurance but I recognize the crisis that is about to unfold if we do nothing. I stand with Democrats in not voting to open the government until this is fixed. America first is not spending on concentration camps, private jets, and Argentina bail-outs while we let Americans die.
Our new health insurance premium feels more like a shakedown‼️

The big difference in democracy vs autocracy is that laws are not enforced equally across all citizens. We are there.
We are fast becoming a banana republic, with two standards of justice. If you oppose the leader, you go to jail just for speech. If you're a loyalist, you get immunity for your crimes.
