Something that gets lost in a lot of “hard core” fitness chatter is that most of us who stick with it simply found things we enjoy. Whether it’s the activities themselves, socializing with others in gyms or on walks or rides, the dopamines, even mild masochism. It sticks when it’s REWARDING somehow
