This is the last time I’m going to post about this because it just makes me sob each time.
My brother died last year from cancer he got as a result of the toxic burn pits in Iraq.

Keeping America's promise to our veterans is personal to me—from my dad's service during WWII, to interning at the Seattle VA during the Vietnam War, to the stories I hear each & every day.

The Pentagon is now pausing their mass firing of civilian employees in order to evaluate potential impacts on military readiness.
I’m just spitballing here, but maybe a readiness assessment should have been the first step. 🤦♂️
