Five days before he backed Brad Schimel, Elon Musk’s company Tesla sued Wisconsin.

No wonder he’s so invested in the race.

Keep this in mind when voting for the State Superintendent of Public Instruction April 1.
Wisconsin's private school "choice" programs cost taxpayers $572.1 million in the 2023-24 school year. That's a 132% increase from just 8 years prior.

Over 6 times as many kids attend public school vs private. We cannot afford to keep funding these 2 separate, unequal systems.

And Feb 18 is a primary for the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. This person will finally be elected April 1.
The April 1 election includes a Wisconsin Supreme Court race that could maintain or end the liberal majority on a court that has decided many voting rights cases, as well as an amendment that could enshrine strict Voter ID requirements into the state constitution.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

Encourage Democratic senators to do this.

You can order mail-in ballots now. Feb 18 is a primary for the state superintendent of public education.
A reminder that there's a big state supreme court race in Wisconsin coming up April 1st.

It's between a progressive who has defended planned parenthood in court, and Wisconsin's former AG who supports archaic abortion laws.

Guess which one Musk is supporting?

I really liked this explanation of the presidential election outcome. But it doesn’t discuss why Trump won in some states where Democratic senators won.
