The freeze frame when Newman and Redford run out to their deaths, guns blazing, it grips Ann every time. Crying’s not for me, she thinks. You can’t stop the rain by complaining. Tested some of the slowest film I've tried so far. I think it looks really good! Almost no visible grain at all, very sharp lines. I'll use a tripod next time, though. Lots of blur.

I've had some trouble getting good exposure with this Holga 120 Pan camera. This Kodak Gold is a tad underexposed, but it's much better than some ISO 400 black and white film I've tried. I like this result, so now I just need to find an actual interesting subject.

Mirror selfie taken with a gimmicky "toy" camera which exposes the color film to the edges, including the sprocket holes. Subject is me, a schlubby white guy with long curly hair. The mirror is in three segments all angled differently, so I appear in the photo three times in slightly different angles. My face is obscured by my camera with a comically large flash module. Because the image extends to the edges of the film, you can see the frame counters and the text "FUJI 400" repeated in yellow beyond the sprocket holes. I am wearing a terrible/fun Hawaiian shirt that is mostly blue and has various smurfs and flowers patterned across it. The mirror is in need of cleaning, made apparent by the flash.

It's worth considering how this might work on bsky. X owns the InfoWars handle on X and all associated data. Fine. On Bluesky, I self host my PDS and use my own domain name as my handle. I don't see how Bluesky could claim ownership of either, but I'm not a legal expert.
