I mean, I know with everything else it feels like daily life as caused by certain humans is the most unsettling Twilight Zone episode meeting up with the most batshit Black Mirror one, every day; we don't need AI to pile on by taking its cues from both.

To be fair, my listening habits are far more annoying than L's since he fixates on an artist or a genre depending on what he's doing and I play Hey Little Songbird variations on repeat for 4 hours followed by New Ways to Dream variations for another 4 cos their melody hits my brain the right way.

Sigh, I hate that as a subcontractor you have to maintain professionalism that no one else apparently has to. Our subcontractors are always lovely people and it's always our own people that are assholes, so I always go out of my way to support the contractors when they're being treated badly.

Call it out LOUD. I stopped being nice about any sexist acts, subtle or overt, implicit or explicit & while I *know* it's earned me the reputation of being a bitch in some areas, watching the back pedaling & listening to the uncomfortable explanations & causing that discomfort gives *me* comfort.
