I get why it’s annoying to see people who probably agree on 90% of things argue all the time but when the remaining 10% of things involve “genocide” or “your worth as a human being” you kind of have to have those arguments and not go it’s ok buddy we both want more light rail in this country

Don't underestimate DeSantis' disastrous impact on the U.S. Remember that moment when Trump was taken aback by volume of cheers for an offhand anti-trans remark? DeSantis, more than anyone, added the abuse of trans kids in particular to the fascist stew.

The Palestinian territory of Gaza has been under an Israeli blockade since Hamas seized control of the coastal strip in 2007. Israel says it's necessary to stop the flow of arms into Gaza, but Palestinians and aid groups say it is collective punishment.
