The run from Hotel New Hampshire to Cider House Rules is unbelievable & sits on my shelf. I got disenchanted with Son of the Circus & Widow for One Year, so much so that I only borrowed Until I Find You at the library. Put me off any new stuff. But wife just got me Queen Esther & I'll give it a try.

A terrific novel. That and 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘏𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘙𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴 are my favorite Irving novels. Maybe time to dig those out again.
