No frontline worker should be left behind.

We know that male workers are less likely to reach out for mental health support and we're working hard to change that by offering targeted training to our counsellors as well as running a pilot project & targeted ads. Support is available if you need it.

And just like that my night shift finished and so did my placement on CTCCU. Absolutely loved it and learnt so much @rcn.org.uk #nhs #Stn

General practice nurses work hard to support patients and keep communities healthy. It’s time for our pay to be fair and reflect our commitment and expertise! #NurseSky #ValueGPNurses
Fair pay for general practice nursing staff | Royal College of Nursing
General Practice Nursing staff play an essential role in delivering NHS services, but many of them still aren’t receiving the fair pay they deserve. We're campaigning to change that.

So much work done by GP practices is unseen

The media focus purely on appointments - 30 million a month & up 5 million since 2019

Imagine if appts are up 20% what is going on behind the scenes

All this with 20% £/patient since 2016 in real terms cuts

GPs are struggling

There are many great GPs who despite their best efforts are not able to afford to continue

20% cuts on £/patient funding in real terms since 2016 has been a decision of Government & NHS England

If you can’t see a GP you know who to blame

This. ⬇️

Suggesting this is another failure of NHS staff is totally wrong. Clinicians have a duty to raise safety concerns, meanwhile many PAs who I’m sure went into the job with good intentions may get thrown under the bus due to the role being misused. No one asked for this!
“Terrible leadership and planning from politicians creates patient safety concerns”.

Fixed the title for you, BBC 🚨

The propaganda machine is at work again I see. It's hardly like we are out here driving Porsches and carrying Chanel bags to lunch at Claridges 🤦
Wow. According to this image it looks like nurses - whose real-terms pay has declined by at least 20% since 2010 are responsible for driving up UK borrowing. Thanks for clearing that up BBCNews

We wish we could eradicate ‘just a’ from NHS vocabulary.

Every single person plays their part, and it couldn’t happen without everyone.
