That nursing is a vocation. I think I’ll scream at the next person who says that. It’s not a vocation, it’s a highly skilled profession, and language like that is used to justify low pay. #NurseSky

NHS England have cut £2bn* from the annual payments to GP practices
They have asked for more & GPs have provided 50million more appointments a year (360million)
The cuts continue, however, GP practices are closing, GPs leaving or unemployed
*20% cut £/patient ~£35/yr
