Litman: I think there is no other inference but the owner of the LA Times has decided to curry favor with Trump.. I think they cowered and are worried about their personal holdings.. that is a really shameful capitulation. I felt I couldn't be a part of it and had to resign.

Can't believe I had forgotten about this. It's hard to believe we are headed back to the vilification of immigrants. We need to all prepare to do whatever we can to help people.

It's worth considering basic disaster preparedness, too (keep your gas tank 3/4 full, have enough water and food for an emergency, backups of prescriptions, etc)
