I do believe the vicious cycle of combative rhetoric out of this administration, that’s constantly pitting Americans against the world and their neighbors within, is the problem. A divisiveness level that’s bred intolerance and turned everything into hostility. Even a golf match isn’t free of this.

Sounds like extortion to me.
