This is beyond disgusting. Every time a big company or law firm placates the infant-in-chief gives him more fodder for continuing to file meritless suits and further erode free speech and the rule of law.
The Paramount deal proves just how weak Trump's lawsuit was. It's hard to claim $20 billion in damages, then settle for 0.08% of that and call it a win. But Team Trump is declaring victory anyway – and this chest-puffing statement is exactly why CBS reporters did not want the company to settle:

This is the line from the horrific SCOTUS decision today that will stick with me. “Sure, the president should follow the law - but the courts can’t force him to do it.” Rendering the Constitution a dead letter if the president decides he’d rather not deal with it.
