I found some motivation to work on the particle sphere idea again, and I finally got the simulation to work how I wanted now. Also I found that putting the sphere next to the main platform actually looks pretty cool too (maybe even better?) while also being a lot less disorienting.

I have taught a machine to imperfectly detect handwritten digits in VRChat!
Or to put it another way: I wanted to finally get into some basic machine learning and decided to implement the Hello World of the ML world to get started.

This is the most VRChat looking stage ever, lol. I could probably recreate this whole thing in Blender in a few minutes tops :D

Do you ever feel like what you made is "too much"? I think I've reached the point with this experiment. I definitely want to look at it in VR first but if I'm ever hosting a popup here, I need to tone the particles down a bit 😅

For todays entry into the list of "nonsense AI stuff that no one asked for" I built a VRChat MCP client (to learn more about how MCP works) and now I can control my avatar by chatting with Claude and waiting 10 seconds for the action to happen.
