In the 2020 census, approximately 9.7 million people in the U.S. identified as having some level of Native American heritage.

I'm one of them.

We have to get this bigoted MF out of the White House.

If politics corrupts economic data, it stops being useful. Businesses won’t trust it. Voters can’t hold leaders accountable. The value of data lies in the truths it reveals — lose that, and you lose everything.

Radical Republicans won a majority in Congress during the 1866 midterms. They helped pass the 14th and 15th Amendments, guaranteeing citizenship to all people born or naturalized in the U.S. and giving African American men the right to vote. /end

NEW: Extraordinary moment as the Tunisian President confronts Trump’s Middle East adviser, Masad Boulos, with images of starving children in Gaza.

One shows a child trying to eat sand out of hunger.

“This is absolutely unacceptable. This is a crime against all of humanity.”

A reminder that after years of speaking out against Epstein and giving other survivors the courage to come forward, Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre died by suicide in April at the age of 41.

Let's not forget that there are real human tragedies behind everything we're discussing.
Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein's most prominent abuse survivors, dies by suicide
Other Epstein victims credited Giuffre with giving them the courage to speak out.

3 Noem didn’t just delay aid—she’s now gaslighting the public, denying the delays happened at all. But FEMA’s own numbers tell the truth. This wasn’t just mismanagement. It was deliberate obstruction. Texans paid the price.

To the “I voted for this” crowd:

You voted for the guy who gutted the National Weather Service. Now we’ve got dead families and missing kids in Texas, because storm warnings didn’t go out in time. And he gutted FEMA so they can’t properly respond to disasters.

That’s what you voted for?

A priceless and indispensable read. A perfect analogy that acts as a prophecy.
"The final humiliation of the extravagant, out of touch, and empathy-deficient Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette was that the chronicle of their bloody, awful deaths was distilled into a nursery rhyme that’s been merrily recited by little children the world over for 21 decades and counting."

The leader of the only nation ever to obliterate two cities with A-bombs compares the end of the war with Japan after that bombing to the outcome of the illegal bombing of Iran to stop its purported race to make nuclear bombs its own. Beautiful optics, Donnie.

If you think it can’t happen here, remember that it already did. In 1942 soldiers came with rifles to our home and ordered us out. They put us in internment camps. Most of us were citizens.

We have a tidy solution to the fiscal issues that drive the high brow version of this and it is: immigration and economic growth. Combined with getting rid of the FICA cap.
Of all the problems facing the US right now, I don't think falling birthrates crack the top 100, if they're even a problem at all.
Am I the only one appalled by this?
