Yorkshire Water warns of a hosepipe ban 'unless rain comes'.

🤔Here's a novel thought...maybe if the private water companies had invested adequately in infrastructure, they wouldn't have to have their fingers crossed hoping for a rain shower?

We need water in public hands. 🌊

Hey British media,
It’s no surprise that if you give Farage the run of the place, he’ll start winning.
Time to do your actual jobs and start interrogating him on his Brexit shitshow, his funding, his Trumpiness, his idiotic manifesto, his real plans for the NHS… instead of drumrolling him into No.10

According to the Guardian newspaper the EU in 2023 took 42% of the UK’s exports, compared to the 15% that went to the US. Even more now than ever, we need to trade more closely with the EU, and forget the US.

Most people think leaving the EU was a mistake - but don't expect politicians to reopen the Brexit question
Five years on, even many of those who still champion Brexit, including Nigel Farage, concede that it has "failed" - so why are the main parties afraid to tell voters they got it wrong?
