When the leader of the NHS Trust, who is ultimately responsible for your partners preventable death there, gets a gong in the Honours List … well it’s just triggering and sickening.

Just said to a friend… I don’t want to be in a country that’s ready for battle. I want to live in a country that’s ready for peace …
Millions of people are worried about paying their rent, feeding their kids or losing vital disability benefits.

If the government cared about people's security, it would reverse cruel cuts, end child poverty and pursue an agenda for peace.

Let's fund welfare, not warfare.

A Two’fer - Government wrong on Migration & wrong on our care system.

Do they really think cutting care worker visas will address our crumbling care system? Nope. Course not. By no possible metrics. But credentials with anti Migrant fanatics is more important to them than care.

Cutting visa access will simply drive more people into dangerous irregular migration. Irregular Migration is a symptom of a restrictive border regime. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction…

Will we ever step back & make migration work for everyone?

Push and pull backs kill people. Disgusting @yvettecooper-mp.bsky.social
‘France has now agreed that they will intervene in French waters in order to prevent small boats’.

‘Intervene’ how? This sounds an awful lot like we’re sanctioning push backs now.

What’s utterly depressing about today is that Labour are ensuring the issue of Immigration is framed negatively and headlines every news channel today. Shame on them. @jackabbott.bsky.social please speak out in support of your communities. Your town. #immigration

Coming soon: Labour responds to the failure of its Nigel Farage tribute act by trying even harder to be a Nigel Farage tribute act whilst closing its eyes to the evidence of where that path led the Tories.

Labour is handing this country on a silver platter to Reform. People do not vote Labour because they hate immigrants and want Reform-lite. They vote Labour because they want it to make a positive difference to their lives.
