I’m undecided about signing up for another two-year commitment as a Democratic Poll Worker in Wisconsin. Being nominated by the Democratic Party as a Poll Worker doesn’t change what you do, only that partisan nominees get called first. I don’t know if I have it in me.

the thing about the people ranting that washington is some carpenter-style hellscape is that they don’t even spend time in the places where crime actually happens! they’re either in or around the capital, downtown and upper northwest
Joe's on a rant this morning about Washington as a dangerous hellscape (unlike New York) and thinks a federal takeover of the police is a good idea. Of course, he does.
